Prep Chef- High Paying

Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment while assisting Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation. Continually maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler, and Freezer. This role is part of a growing team at Eddie Merlot's, where all members enjoy 401k eligibility after 30 days, plus health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance benefits including critical illness, accident, and legal coverage.
