Job Summary
Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, steamers, cook lines, broilers, grills, and ovens. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards while ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh, labeled, and stocked. Follow directions and recipes accurately, and maintain a clean and safe work area handling utensils, equipment, and dishes. Perform opening procedures with the team and set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment. Monitor station inventory levels.
