PreOp/PACU RN - Surgery Center

Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction while triaging incoming requests and managing high telephone volumes. Deliver patient education, administer medications, perform treatments, and delegate care according to Colorado statutes. Coordinate with providers and other practices to achieve optimal outcomes, utilizing Relationship-Based Care to advocate for patient preferences. Demonstrate competent assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain HIPAA compliance and model organizational values within a Just Culture framework. Requires one year of clinical experience, Colorado RN licensure, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
