Job Summary
Lead a small team of wealth managers and investment consultants focused on the premium client segment. Responsible for driving 12-many and 121 campaigns to maximise impact on a large client base, blending product marketing and investment advisory to engage clients, and ensuring high satisfaction and strong inflows. Manage and develop the team, define innovative engagement strategies, execute major campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to secure necessary resources. Requires experience managing teams, driving commercial initiatives, wealth management background, client-facing or marketing experience, deep knowledge of Moneyfarm proposition, and a passion for startups and financial services. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing teams
- Experience driving commercial initiatives
- Several years experience within Wealth Management or similar Investment/saving industries
- Experience in client facing roles or marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of the Moneyfarm proposition and the retail investment
- A passion for startups and building a career in Financial Services
- High levels of organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute client engagement strategies
- Experience leading campaigns (121 and 12-many) and cross-functional collaboration
