Job Summary
Premium Support Specialist in Madrid focused on delivering qualified functional and technical assistance for Board planning and reporting solutions. Role includes knowledge transfer between delivery and maintenance teams, articulating how Board functionality meets customer requirements, identifying improvement areas, collaborating with the Product team to relay feedback, supporting in meetings with insights on new features, and providing reactive support to existing customers. Requires strong financial/process understanding, ability to translate complex business requirements into Board platform solutions, and excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics or any relevant technical field.
- Previous Support or Consulting experience with EPM, Supply Chain, FP&A or Retail planning software.
- Exposure to multi-dimensional or OLAP technology preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL advantageous.
- Great de-escalation skills and capacity to work in very tight time frames.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and reverse engineering capacity.
- Ability to grasp elaborate business requirements and translate those into solutions within the Board platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
