Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, ensuring cleanliness and sufficient stock at work stations. Responsible for stand set-up and closing procedures including inventory counts and paperwork completion. Ensures compliance with alcohol policies and food preparation guidelines set by Legends and health boards. Must be knowledgeable of all positions and able to fill in as needed. Requires a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Position entails working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time
- Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
