Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate activities of stand workers in the VIP area at the venue, oversee stand setup and closing, ensure clean and stocked work stations, manage inventory and paperwork, enforce alcohol policies, and ensure food preparation meets Legends/health guidelines. Require knowledge of POS, ability to fill any position as needed, schedule management, customer service focus, safety and hygiene adherence, and flexible scheduling to cover events. Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain professional demeanor; collaborate with multiple departments to deliver hospitality and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) to four (4) years working in a fast paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
- High School Diploma
- Some college preferred
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized and the ability to prioritize as needed
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to read and maintain information
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties within production and service time frames established
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to follow safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Must be able to manage inventory and cash control procedures
- Must be able to use a POS system and understand closing out procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
- Must be able to read and understand English
