Job Summary
Setup food service areas within premium suites and club areas based on pre-orders and day-of requests. Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic drinks, while checking IDs to verify minimum age requirements and enforcing safe alcohol policies. Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, inventory control, and product requisition fulfillment. Assist in closing out financials per event to ensure correct billing. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, ensuring all equipment is operable and clean prior to event start. Observe guests to respond to additional requests and take action if individuals appear visibly intoxicated by notifying management.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory
