Job Summary
Set up assigned Premium Clubs to accommodate food and beverage orders, then take and deliver day-of-game orders by fulfilling all guest requests. Maintain a professional, upscale image in personal appearance and immediate work area cleanliness while processing payments through the proper POS system. Clean the Club upon completion of the event. This role requires night and weekend availability, adherence to a flexible event-based schedule, and completion of CA Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must have availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate with others professionally and respectfully
- Ability to participate in a team environment
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
- Awareness of customer services and needs
- Ability to understand written and oral directions
- Flexible work schedule availability (event based schedule)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CA Food Handlers Certification
- CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
