Job Summary
Set up suite and catering service according to specific Banquet Event Orders, delivering food and beverage to guests during events. Communicate food orders and replenishment needs to the kitchen, ensuring product reaches necessary spaces timely. Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events, then break down and clean equipment post-event, returning items to proper storage. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs while adhering to OVG safety policies and ensuring security of company assets. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $15.00 with tip eligibility and 401(k) matching, requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- Requires constant standing and walking
- Requires frequent lifting of heavy objects
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in or food service role preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
