Job Summary
Set up suites and club level seats before events, ensuring cleanliness and a pleasing ambiance. Greet and direct guests, verify ticket exclusivity, and respond efficiently to patron needs and issues. Represent the company with a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor while directing complaints to supervisors. Maintain organization, adhere to facility rules, and perform other duties assigned by the Premium Seating Manager. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Pass an acceptable background check
- Demonstrate ability to read, write, hear, and speak English
- Professional attitude and clean, neat appearance
- Excellent customer service skills and a sense of public relations
- Ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative, and as a member of the team
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Able to walk up and down steep stairs
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
