Job Summary
Oversee event-day premium concierge operations by establishing strong member relationships, anticipating needs before they are expressed, and facilitating personalized requests for exclusive access and accommodations. Actively engage with members to solicit feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure team members consistently exceed service standards. Monitor club amenity usage to provide tailored recommendations and maintain accurate records of all member interactions and service requests. Prepare daily reports on activity, feedback, and operational improvements for management while collaborating closely with the Premium team. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a customer service role in the hospitality industry
- For this event-driven role, it is required that you are able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
