Job Summary
Premium Guest Services Coordinator role at Boston Logan (BOS) focusing on delivering premium customer service to lounge and club customers, registering guests, assisting with flight reservations and check-ins, managing elite-status services, coordinating partner services (catering, sanitation, technology), and overseeing lounge operations. Requires strong hospitality mindset, ability to handle multiple tasks, experience with customer engagement, familiarity with airline club operations (Admiral’s Club, Five Star, Concierge Key), proficiency with systems for reservations and passenger records, and willingness to work irregular hours. Must meet FAA/SIDA security requirements, hold a high school diploma or GED, and may require bilingual skills in some locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must read/write/speak English fluently
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
- Excellent customer service and engagement in hospitality environment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Strong salesmanship and interpersonal skills
- Able to attend training classes in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
- Prior travel/hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Maintain professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior travel industry experience preferred
- PC experience
- Ability to work irregular/extended hours, weekends and holidays
