Job Summary
Premium Experience Account Manager responsible for building and sustaining premium seating client relationships with the Utah Jazz, driving renewals and add-on opportunities, overseeing the Premium Seating Host program, and coordinating cross-functional arena operations to deliver world-class game-day experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets for the host program, hiring and mentoring part-time staff, coordinating with sales, service, and marketing teams, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive service and program development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent training and experience
- Proven ability to establish rapport with others and build strong interpersonal relationships
- Positive team player who is detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible, energetic, outgoing, and resilient
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively handle conflict management
- Analytical and possess creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technology skills; proficient with Google Docs Editors Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Slack, Vozzi, and Seatgeek
- Knowledge of inventory management software and Salesforce is a plus
- Able to work a flexible schedule when required; Availability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary
