Job Summary
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients by offering tailored solution services and resolving queries or escalating issues as needed. Conduct research on industry trends and deliver presentations about products or services to ensure client satisfaction and feedback collection. Adhere to contract terms while helping clients meet their targets and aims. This role requires native French fluency, financial market knowledge, and prior experience in FX client relationships or sales. Located in Limassol, Cyprus, the position is full-time and hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Native in French, both oral and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development or Customer Support roles within the FX industry
- Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
- Knowledge of technical analysis
- Knowledge of fundamental analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills
