Job Summary
Premium Client Manager for Australian Chinese clients in Melbourne, responsible for building long-term relationships with high-value traders through Mandarin-English communication, delivering market insights, trading strategies and risk management guidance, offering tailored solutions to overcome trading challenges, driving client growth and activity toward sales targets, collaborating with marketing, operations and risk to ensure a compliant client experience, and representing Pepperstone at premium client events and meetings. Requires native or near-native Mandarin, strong English, established networks within the Australian Chinese trading community, experience in client-facing roles in CFD/FX/wealth management, knowledge of financial markets and risk management, and RG146 qualification (or willingness to obtain).
