Job Summary
Maintain premium buffet stations with fresh food items and proper presentation throughout service periods. Provide courteous, attentive service to guests while responding promptly to requests and special needs. Follow all health and safety protocols, including food handling, temperature monitoring, and sanitation standards. Prepare stations before events and reset areas after service completion. Monitor food quality, portion consistency, and facility cleanliness, reporting issues to management immediately. Coordinate with kitchen staff and assist with other arena guest services as assigned. This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects regularly. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift heavy objects regularly

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ year of food service or hospitality experience (preferred)
