Job Summary

Premium Auditor is responsible for conducting workers' compensation premium audits both remotely and at the insured’s location or at an independent accounting firm, serving as a resource on NCCI rules and classifications. Essential duties include scheduling and conducting audits by obtaining records remotely and in person, reviewing operations, classifications, and policy provisions, preparing audit reports, resolving disputed inquiries, and uploading documents into Nexus Audit or OnBase Imaging. Requires strong math, analytical, and communication skills; travel to insured sites; reliable vehicle and valid driver's license; proficient in Microsoft Office and audit systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, customer service to insureds, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders, and adherence to internal values and mission.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
