Job Summary
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for premium grandstand products across Formula 1, MotoGP, and major concerts. Create new business by prospecting clients via virtual presentations, phone calls, and social selling, then sell directly to C-level executives and high-net-worth individuals. Handle incoming sales inquiries, consult on offerings, and follow up to build relationships that drive revenue. Contribute to trend-setting sales programs, including bespoke travel packages and exclusive track memberships. Attend outside events to network and gather leads while maintaining a competitive team culture. Produce accurate daily updates on prospecting activity and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience working in a customer-facing or sales-focused environment, such as retail, hospitality, service roles, or internships
- Track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals
- 1+ years of professional sales experience
- Must have outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
- Must be attuned to others through strong, active listening skills
- Must have an interest and ability in serving others as one of the primary functions of their job
- Must be a flexible & reliable team player
- Must have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Must have strong interpersonal conflict resolution skills
- Must have problem-solving skills
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently
- Must have good decision-making skills

- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available for major event weekends
- Must be available for any other key events directed by leadership/COTA
- Must be able to travel for special events or out-of-office appointments
- Must be able to work in an office-based environment at Circuit of The Americas located in Austin, Texas
- Must be able to work non-exempt hours
- Must be able to work full time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
