Job Summary
Premises Liability Consultant focused on delivering clear, defensible analysis of building conditions impacting safety and liability. Responsibilities include conducting code compliance reviews for ADA/local/state/federal regulations, performing forensic investigations of incident sites (stairs, ramps, walkways, lighting, surfaces), reconstructing accidents with field measurements/photos/3D modeling, evaluating standard of care for design professionals, contractors, and property owners, and reviewing construction documents, contracts, and maintenance records to identify defects or negligence. Eligible candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (or related field), 5+ years of relevant forensic/construction-expertise, an active GC/PE/AIA license, and demonstrated business development and client relationship skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in forensic consulting, building inspections, or code compliance analysis
- Active GC, PE, or AIA license
- Proven business development experience, including client relationship management and project acquisition
