Job Summary
The PremierOne Records Application Specialist is responsible for comprehending and addressing customers' business requirements for MSI applications. Key duties include documenting business process requirements, implementing system provisioning, configuring workflows and UI, and providing training on the MSI PremierOne Records Management System. The role also entails rigorous testing and troubleshooting of systems, documentation of technical issues, and providing feedback for product and process improvements based on client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Field Service or Public Safety
- Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management Systems (RMS), Jail Management Systems (JMS), or Law Enforcement Records Management Systems (LRMS)
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal skills to respond to RFP’s
- Ability to work a large/complex project independently
- Create and deliver customized training (remote and onsite)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- SME on PremierOne or Flex; CAD, RMS or SSRS products
- SME on Client Installation of MSI products
- Ability to produce and deliver Business Process Review
- Identifies and mitigates risks and communicates them to management
- Creates formal documentation for peers
- Trains and mentors new employees
- Works with Product Management to communicate enhancement requests
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 75% of the time
- Must be comfortable working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's CJIS Security Policy
