Job Summary
Oversee and perform precision diagnostics and repairs on medium and heavy-duty Class 7 & 8 trucks, including engines, transmissions, axles, steering, brakes, electrical, and air systems. Lead the shop by mentoring technicians, executing preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting complex issues to minimize downtime. Maintain operational excellence while upholding strict safety and quality standards. Work Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 10pm. This swing shift role requires 7+ years of experience with all makes and models of Class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic troubleshooting, and chassis work. Candidates must provide their own tools and possess self-motivation to work with little supervision. Required Qualifications
- 7 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks
- Experience with engine repair
- Experience with electronic trouble-shooting
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Experience with chassis repair
- Must provide own tools
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
