Job Summary
Outpatient-only family medicine physician position at Bluebell Road Health Plaza in Northeast Iowa. Join a patient-centered, multi-disciplinary team providing full-spectrum primary care with opportunities for leadership and quality-improvement initiatives. Be part of piloting telehealth and digital health initiatives while enjoying flexible scheduling, strong nursing/administrative support, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation includes a $290,191 two-year guarantee, $75,000 commencement bonus, $37,500 longevity bonuses, up to $15,000 moving allowance, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO and CME allowance, and employer retirement match.
