Job Summary
Premier Client Specialist responsible for acting as the primary contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions within regulatory guidelines. Partners with BMO team, COIs, and community to acquire new clients, grow assets under management, and increase investment penetration. Uses a consultative approach to relationship-building, develops recommendations through financial planning, and guides clients to digital platforms. Collaborates with Financial Advisor for complex needs, identifies sales opportunities, maintains client onboarding and service delivery, and ensures adherence to risk and compliance standards. Builds strategic relationships, conducts outreach events, mentors branch personnel, and delivers ongoing client review to retain and grow relationships. Core competencies include knowledge of banking products, brokerage and insurance products, asset and credit management, and risk controls; requires licenses and compliance with applicable laws. A salary range is provided with potential commission structure and total compensation variations by location and experience.
