Job Summary
Premier Client Specialist delivers holistic banking and investment guidance as the primary client contact, pursuing new client acquisition and expanding assets under management. The role involves recommending and delivering banking and investment solutions (e.g., advisory accounts, annuities, mutual funds, 529s, life insurance), collaborating with Financial Advisors for complex needs, guiding clients to digital platforms, and developing business plans with sales strategies to meet targets. Responsibilities include prospecting via centers of influence and community outreach, onboarding and servicing clients, maintaining regulatory compliance, monitoring performance against plans, and mentoring branch staff on advisory capabilities. The position emphasizes relationship-building, risk-aware selling, and knowledge of brokerage and insurance products within a U.S.-based, salaried framework with potential incentives. Focus areas include deposits, loans, wealth management, retirement plans, client onboarding, portfolio and risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- SIE Exam
- Series 6
- Series 63
- Series 65 at minimum; Series 7/66 preferred
- State Life and Health insurance licenses required; must obtain if not held within 120 days of start date
- Post-secondary degree in related field preferred but not required; advanced product knowledge in brokerage and insurance products
- Understanding of deposits, loans, mortgages, cash flow analysis, credit risk policies and regulatory requirements
- Experience with financial needs discovery, solution design, and advisory product knowledge
