Job Summary
Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention while generating revenue and deepening share of wallet. Manage leads and client appointments, leveraging consultative conversational skills to grow relationships from acquisition through servicing. Maintain proactive, timely, and accurate sales administration tasks, including pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews. Serve as the quarterback for ecosystem partners, delivering tailored Financial Wellness solutions and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Achieve business results through leadership and collaboration, owning client penetration goals and holding teams accountable for deliverables. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of industry experience, and FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Base salary ranges from $63,750 to $106,250.
