Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to grow and manage relationships with affluent customers, delivering tailored financial strategies across deposits, lending, investments, and credit. Acts as primary financial partner and coordinates with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide integrated, multi-product solutions. Responsibilities include proactive discovery to understand goals, expanding the book of business, driving retention and growth, ensuring risk and regulatory compliance, championing digital adoption, and contributing to branch team success. Licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements (FINRA exams, SIE, state licenses) are part of the role, with a scheduled work pattern that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
