Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial solutions and exceptional service for customers across a wide range of banking services, including opening various account types and processing loan applications. Efficiently manage personal and business checking, IRAs, and certificates of deposit while taking and processing installment lending applications for auto, personal, credit card, and recreational vehicle loans. Conduct service calls with existing clients to review account performance, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with deposit and loan accounts. Identify and recommend tailored financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs and financial goals while adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines associated with account opening and lending.
