Job Summary
Premier Banker role focused on a mass affluent client portfolio, serving as primary contact to grow, deepen, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach, needs-based conversations, and referrals to specialists. Responsibilities include managing client banking needs with an advice-based approach, educating clients on loan products, coordinating with Wealth/Commercial partners, and delivering a high level of service while adhering to regulatory and internal policies. Requires active NMLS registration eligibility, HS diploma or GED, and strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Active registration status with NMLS (Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z)
- Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS (SAFE Act)
- Knowledge of retail and small business banking; experience interacting with Mass Affluent clients; ability to discuss loan products and CIP/AML requirements
- SIE exam strongly preferred
- Must be able to conduct needs-based conversations, outreach, and client education related to banking solutions
- Ability to meet regulatory and compliance requirements (CIP, AML, Bank policies)
- Occasional travel as required by role
