Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo responsible for proactively acquiring affluent customers and managing a defined book across deposits, lending, and investments. Serves as the primary financial partner delivering multi-product guidance, coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams, and delivering tailored strategies through discovery conversations and proactive outreach. Focused on growing relationships, ensuring risk and compliance adherence, driving customer satisfaction through digital adoption and seamless service, and supporting branch team initiatives while maintaining licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- FINRA licensing and SIE requirements
- active licensing or eligibility as required by FINRA/state regulations
