Job Summary
Concierge banking and teller operations including account openings, loan payments, check cashing, cash drawer balancing, night deposits, and NSF/OD management. Provide comprehensive online and mobile banking support while maintaining strict security for cash and reserves. Greet guests, manage incoming calls, and maintain branch supply inventory. Participate in special events to generate new business and rotate to other locations as capacity needs arise. Requires NMLS approval as a Mortgage Loan Officer and two years of Premier Banker experience. Based at the new Operations Center location with a focus on speed, execution, and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- A good understanding of computer functions and typing skills
- Strong organization skills and problem solving
- Basic understanding of financial products and services and the ability and willingness to continue to learn
- Assessing customers' needs, providing appropriate recommendations, and building customer relationships to optimize opportunities with new and existing customers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements
- Compliance with BSA regulations as appropriate to the position
- NMLS approval as a Mortgage Loan Officer
- High School diploma
- A minimum of 2 years' Premier Banker experience, preferably with a community bank
