Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years financial/banking experience
- Must maintain active registration with NMLS upon hire
- Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- Experience with retail and small business banking; Mass Affluent and high net worth client interactions
- Understanding of banking products and regulatory requirements (CIP/AML)
- Proven consultative sales and relationship-building skills
