Job Summary
Premier Banker serves as the primary contact for a mass affluent client portfolio, proactively managing relationships and delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice. Responsibilities include engaging clients to review financial information, suggesting banking and loan solutions, coordinating with internal partners (Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending), and providing high-level service with regulatory compliance. The role requires proficiency in banking products and processes, ability to convert referrals and leads, and ongoing client outreach via multiple channels to grow and retain relationships. The position emphasizes education and guidance to clients, collaboration with partners, and a focus on delivering legendary service to a valued client base.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Active registration with NMLS (required)
- Must be eligible for employment with regulated financial institution (Reg Z/SAFE Act)
- SIE exam strongly preferred
- Understanding of retail and small business banking; experience with mass affluent clients
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide consultative sales and advisory services
- Knowledge of banking products, regulatory requirements, and lending processes
- Proven client outreach and needs-based solution delivery
