Job Summary
Premier Banker on Kirkman Road in Orlando is the primary contact for a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering an advisory-based banking relationship and connecting clients to specialists to address financial needs. Responsibilities include proactive outreach, needs-based conversations, expanding and deepening relationships, coordinating with internal partners across Wealth/Commercial/Small Business/Lending, handling loan applications, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering superior client service. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, active NMLS registration, and relevant banking experience; SIE exam is strongly preferred and Life/Health licenses are a plus. The role emphasizes relationship management, education on products and promotions, and adherence to TD policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) must be maintained upon hire
- Consultative sales experience required
- Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- Experience: 2+ years financial / banking experience
- Understanding and experience with retail and small business banking; experience interacting with Mass Affluent and high net worth clients
- Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, 12 CFR Part 1026.36
- Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS
