Job Summary
Premier Banker responsible for a complex mass affluent client book, delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advisory services. Builds deep client relationships through proactive outreach, needs-based conversations, and collaboration with internal partners across Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, and more. Requires in-depth product knowledge, ability to explain banking solutions, and compliance with CIP/AML and other regulations. Must maintain active NMLS registration, engage in ongoing coaching, and provide exceptional service while coordinating referrals and joint pipelines with Wealth Financial Advisors; role involves educating clients on promotions and campaigns and delivering end-to-end banking advice. The position emphasizes relationship-building, consultative sales, and adherence to regulatory requirements as part of servicing mass affluent clients.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years financial/banking experience
- Active registration status with NMLS (must be eligible for registration)
- SIE exam strongly preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- Understanding of retail and small business banking; experience with Mass Affluent clients
- Satisfactory results on background and credit checks
