Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker responsible for proactively acquiring new affluent consumer and small business customers, deepening relationships, and advising on a range of financial options and services including banking, mortgage, retirement, and investments. The role involves analyzing customer needs, maintaining knowledge of Wells Fargo’s banking and investment solutions, building and managing client relationships, ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals, and supporting licensing and SAFE requirements during the transition from licensed banker trainee to fully licensed SAFE role.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents) is required for this role (or must be completed within a specified period)
- State Insurance license(s) are required for this role and must be completed within a specified period
