Job Summary
The PreMedia Production Coordinator assists all aspects of each job including scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting, ensuring client expectations are met and projects stay on time and budget. Responsibilities include checking proofs against client style guides, resolving conflicts in client-supplied information, organizing incoming/outgoing work, communicating priorities to team members, monitoring timelines, verifying copy/images on proofs, communicating deviations in timing/cost/workflow, and maintaining daily status reports. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant experience; strong communication/organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to multitask; and experience in the prepress/graphics arts industry preferred. Compensation ranges hourly from $28.85 to $36.05 with benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Experience in the prepress/graphics arts industry preferred
