Job Summary
Analyze and optimize end-to-end purchasing processes while developing innovative digitalization and automation solutions with business units. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, data analytics, and digital tools for improving efficiency, transparency, and data quality within procurement. Support international projects in purchasing and supply chain management, taking ownership of specific initiatives from concept to implementation. Prepare management presentations, process analyses, and decision proposals to communicate results with global stakeholders. Operate at the intersection of procurement, IT, and business to actively shape the digital transformation of purchasing workflows. The Bosch PreMaster Program offers up to 12 months of practical experience followed by a master's degree, with mentorship and events to support your career development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field with the intention to pursue a Master's degree
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good English language skills in spoken and written form
- Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- First practical experience in process management, purchasing, supply chain management, digitalization, data analytics, or IT
