Job Summary
Join Bosch PreMaster Program in Reutlingen to gain practical experience while pursuing your Master’s degree; participate in a two-stage qualification program designed for committed graduates, with early hands-on work on MEMS sensor technologies including measurement systems for pressure, motion, and environmental sensors. Design and build comprehensive measurement setups using software skills (C#, Python, PLC) and hardware skills (CAD, PCB design), from requirements engineering to lab handover. Work on projects like automated loading/unloading systems and tester developments, collaborating with hardware, software, and testing experts. The program emphasizes independent ownership of projects, structured interdisciplinary teamwork, and English communication (German is a plus). Education requirement: completed Bachelor’s degree with potential path to Master’s degree after the program; languages: English strong, German a plus. Location: Reutlingen, Germany; on-site in-person arrangement.
