Job Summary
Direct and control the operation of the Premade Salad Department by supervising personnel, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer service and product quality. Engage in suggestive selling, prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads, and stock products to meet demand while preventing shrink. Monitor employee performance, recommend hiring or disciplinary actions, and schedule staff. Control inventory, create promotional displays, and maintain a safe, sanitized environment with proper equipment usage. Perform all duties with honesty, utilizing analytical skills for planning orders and scheduling.

- Previous experience as a Premade Salad Clerk
- Ability to frequently reach, lift and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to frequently do repetitious arm movements necessary for slicing, cutting, and preparing various salad bar products
- Manual dexterity
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to push and pull fully loaded hand trucks
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk and move rapidly
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Ability to operate knives
- Ability to operate scales
- Ability to operate soup kettles
- Ability to operate garbage disposal
