Job Summary
Meet with clients, conduct motion work, manage discovery, and oversee depositions and mediations while protecting them from insurance companies. Develop and implement strategies to nurture relationships with the support team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Fight aggressively against big insurers to exhaust every option and get clients what they deserve. Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients while providing strategic insights to drive business forward.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
- State bar certification in Texas
- 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Multitasking
- Organizational skills and planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients
- Bilingual+
