Job Summary

Meet with clients, conduct motion work, manage discovery, and handle depositions and mediations while protecting them from insurance companies. Develop and implement strategies to nurture productive relationships with the support team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide strategic insights to drive business forward and maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients. You will learn your client's stories and guide them through their new reality as they navigate their injury's impact. This role requires a Juris Doctor degree, Texas bar certification, and 2-5 years of personal injury experience. The base salary ranges from $100K to $200K, with open PTO and a 4% 401(k) match.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • State bar certification in Texas
  • 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Multitasking
  • Organizational skills and planning
  • Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients
  • Bilingual+
