PreK Teacher

PreK Teacher required to plan, organize and present instruction and instructional environments to support students' educational and social development. Responsibilities include managing instructional time and student behavior, presenting lessons, monitoring student performance, providing feedback, facilitating instruction, and interacting with students, co-workers, parents, and the community. Minimum training requires a degree in education or a related area that qualifies for licensure by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. The role involves a range of duties from instructional planning and delivery to non-instructional duties and maintaining safe, orderly classroom operations. The position is in-person in Pinetops, North Carolina. Knowledge and skills include effective communication, classroom management, assessment, and collaboration with staff and families.
