Job Summary
PreK Teacher responsible for planning, organizing, and presenting instruction and environments that support early childhood learning. Responsibilities include managing instructional time, maintaining classroom behavior, delivering clear instructional presentations, monitoring student performance, providing timely feedback, and facilitating instruction with alignment to curricular goals. Requires a degree in education or related licensure-qualified area for North Carolina teaching licensure; collaboration with teacher assistants; ability to establish fair, engaging classroom routines and communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
