PreK Bilingual Teacher

Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth; enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society; develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the district curriculum, reflect accommodations for differences in individual student differences, and use appropriate instructional strategies; conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement and plan instruction based on results; work with peers and special education teachers to modify curricula as needed for IEPs; supervise instructional aides/volunteers; contribute to extracurricular activities; establish professional communication with parents and community; participate in staff development and comply with regulations and policies.
