Job Summary
Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily PreK 3 lesson plans and activities; supervise and engage preschool children during play and group activities; support classroom management and maintain a safe, positive learning environment; help prepare educational materials and resources; communicate with parents about student progress; foster social and emotional development; participate in staff meetings and professional development; assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and organization. Two Austin, TX campus locations under a PreK partnership with a public school district; on-site role requiring collaboration with teaching team and flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or CDA
- Background check clearance required
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
