Job Summary
Preferred Relationship Manager position in Lexington, KY focused on acquiring, growing, and retaining Preferred Program and mass affluent banking clients. Leverage Retail Consultative Sales process, collaborate with Financial Center teams to provide needs-based solutions, promote the full line of bank products, and drive brokerage and wealth-related referrals. Build deep client relationships to earn trusted-advisor status, communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and support local travel as needed. Requires college degree, relevant sales/financial industry experience, industry licenses (Series 6/63 and insurance; Series 65 within 90 days), and SAFE Act registration; role involves in-person work in the financial centers with possible local travel and relationship-building efforts across Georgetown and Lexington, KY.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry
- Pass consultative selling skills certification and complete ongoing educational requirements as prescribed.
- Series 6, 63 and insurance licenses required.
- Series 65 must be obtained within 90 calendar days of hire with a maximum of two attempts within the 90 calendar day period.
