Job Summary
Sales-focused relationship manager responsible for the acquisition, growth, and retention of bank customers with emphasis on the Preferred Program and mass affluent prospects. Execute retail strategies to increase Preferred households, deliver consultative sales and service, build trusted-advisor relationships, and collaborate with financial center teams to fulfill client financial needs. Maintain knowledge of the full product line, meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals, and participate in seminars/community events while upholding risk policies and standards. This role may involve local travel to support business development and client service in the mass affluent segment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Series SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required.
- For external hires, the Series 65 must be obtained within 90 calendar days of hire with a maximum of two attempts within the 90 calendar day period.
