Job Summary
Execute retail strategies to increase Preferred Program households and meet brokerage sales goals. Build deep relationships with mass affluent customers by conducting needs-based assessments and utilizing the consultative sales process. Proactively contact prospects through financial center interactions, telemarketing, and community seminars while simplifying complex financial concepts. Maintain a well-developed product knowledge of the complete line of services and actively participate in huddles to support referral activities. Work closely with the Investment Executive and financial center team to provide needs-based solutions and manage risks within the bank's appetite. Initiate and maintain customer contacts consistently to retain and grow current and next generation wealth.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a sales environment
- Experience in financial industry
- Consultative selling skills certification
- Series 6 license
- Series 63 license
- Insurance license
- Series 65 license obtained within 90 calendar days of hire
- SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Ability to present a professional image
- Ability to obtain Series 65 license within 90 calendar days of hire with a maximum of two attempts within the 90 day period
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business, utilizing internal and external sources of customers, in the mass affluent segment
- Experience with local travelling
