Job Summary
Partner with leadership to coach and execute the full client life cycle for clients, responding to and resolving requests while providing expert advice on treasury management, loans, and commercial accounts. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Preferred Banker team, managing work distribution, facilitating cross-training, and reporting on production, turnaround times, and key data points to ensure service level standards are met. Mentor junior members to augment their banking knowledge, assist in executing strategic business initiatives driven by data analytics, and proactively keep up to date with Bank products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations or similar field
- High school diploma
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate to advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with a good working knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications
- Entry level to intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
